Are art supplies from Ryman/The Works/Hobbycraft good?

To my London artists, are they? So I’ve been wanting to get back to art for a while now as I haven’t painted in a year due to migrating here + got rlly busy from school. so i’ve been looking at oil paint sets, watercolour paint sets, gouache and oil pastels in these 3 stores’ websites. but there’s something about them that feels sketchy, like it wouldn’t work that good😭

tell me what brands are okay from these stores or if you have any recommendations for any of the mediums above! pls not too expensive, js like max £20 cz im js a poor a level dude😭🙏🏻
