Best Spa-style manicure in Knoxville?

I'm looking for a luxurious, splurgy kind of manicure. One that feels like pampering, and not just sitting in an uncomfortable chair at a nail bar.

I've found Natural Alternatives to be pretty nice, but otherwise everywhere else I've been has felt pretty basic.

Any suggestions?
