Help with rat authority

Just wondering if there anybody on pc with ds2 SotFS willing to help kill this boss? its my first time running through the game and i dont really want to bash my head agaisnt the wall because for some reason im having a hard time with boss, just get instantly poisoned and i dont seem to have anything on me to get rid of it.
