What are the biggest problems you face with local clinics or small hospitals in your area?

Could be anything like:

• Long waiting times • No proper appointment system • Doctors not available when needed • Hard to find trusted clinics nearby • No digital prescriptions / records • Poor communication from staff • Difficulty booking tests or follow-ups • No transparency in fees

I’m curious about real problems people deal with daily, especially in smaller towns and cities.
