Is nobody using Refulgent Whet/Weightstone anymore?

I have a Blacksmith, and made modest-yet-stable profit off of Whetstones and Weightstones throughout TWW. I noticed, this expansion, they're barely moving. I checked the recommended consumables for a few melee classes on Wowhead, (e.g. Arms Warrior), and stones are nowhere on the page; it instead suggests Thalassian Phoenix Oil as a weapon buff.

So, are Whetstones and Weightstones useless this expansion?
