Stomachache Causing Me to Spiral at 10 weeks!

Hi everyone. I feel a little silly posting this but I'm having a hard time today managing my anxiety. Just looking for some reassurance.

I'm 10 weeks pregnant today. Everything has gone fine so far. I had a scan a week ago at 9 weeks and baby measured perfectly on time and had a strong heartbeat of 188. My OB said all looked great. I've had no bleeding, no intense cramping, and nothing to indicate anything is wrong. Mild to moderate symptoms since about 5 weeks. My next scan is the NT ultrasound in two weeks.

Last night I woke up around 2:30 because I had a stomachache. It's sort of this dull aching feeling in my lower abdomen. It's honestly been a long time since I've had true uterine cramps, so I can't tell if that's what it is, but it doesn't feel like period cramps to me. Just this sort of dull, bothersome ache. I also had some acid reflux and just general discomfort. For some reason this stupid stomachache has me spiraling. It's been about 12 hours now and it comes and goes. I did not have this symptom with my last pregnancy (my 2.5 year old son) that I can remember.

For some reason this is really freaking me out. It sounds so benign, but I'm having a bit of a spiral over it. Has anyone else experienced this?
