Metal tiktok in a nutshell, and why the metal community on there is full of dipshits and knuckleheads...

Fisrt thing i do in the morning is drink coffe and doom scoll tiktok, and i, very metal interested of course see alot of metal on tiktok, and i allso see alot of metal fans on tiktok, both old ones and new ones, and there dosent go a SINGLE POST of mainstream metal where the creator gets absolutely SHIT on for playing it? Not a single one, for example take a post whith metallica for example, great band right? Nope, on tiktok metallica is the greatest piece of shit there is, and every one who has a metallica song in there post or has metallica merch is automaticly a poser, fake fan or a wannabe, dont get me wrong there is alot of larpers and posers, but thats not the point, the point is that the metal community on tiktok is the least wellcoming and the most toxic bullshit there is, no one gets to listen to what they want and has to listen to a band called "defecating in a gut cut" whith 3 monthly listeners or something.

I dont think i have seen a more uninviting community then the metal community, to the point where it makes me want to vomit.

It makes me feel ashamed to be part of the metal community, even tho i am pretty inviting, when people ask me how i listen to metal i just say start whith metallica, and work your way down the underground, just as simple as that, but these tiktok motherfucks? They try to force the newbies to listen to something that sounds like chainsaws and bricks rubbing together whith a snare going in 10000bpm as soon as they start to get into the genre, even tho for the acctual fans of those bands think it sounds like light jazz or something, its like telling a gym rat, "oh you can bench 50 kilos? Good now bench 300kilos." See what im talking about here? They dont even give a chanse to new metal fans and is just overall dumbasses and cant let people listen to what they want to if they are just starting out.

The metal community was the chillest and kindest community, the type of people who listens to chris barnes singing about tearing children limb from limb and eating there guts infront of there parents while helping a blind man cross the road.
