I built Stelais after seeing great art stolen
The moment you upload something, the metadata that proves you made it is the first thing that gets stripped. Platform upload dates are editable. Screenshots aren't evidence. Copyright registration costs $65 per work and takes 3–8 months at that point the post is viral and nobody cares about the source anymore. and someone else is profiting from your work
Thats why I built Stelais.
Drag a file into Stelais. It generates a cryptographic fingerprint unique to that file's pixels, attaches your identity and a timestamp, and writes the whole record to an independent ledger, not our servers, so we can't alter or delete it either. Takes about 60 seconds. Images also get an invisible watermark baked into the pixel layer that survives crops, re-exports, and screenshots.
When something copies you: we run a forensic read on the suspected copy and score how much was altered: which regions are intact, which were compressed, edited, or AI-regenerated. If the score is bad enough, we draft a §512(c)(3)-compliant DMCA notice and file it on your behalf.
10 proofs free for new users to try it.
This wouldn't have happened if it existed from day 1. But now its here so no one else has to deal with this.
