Replace v refresh options

We currently have artificial turf but it stinks of dog piss (we have 2 female dogs), before we go to the cost and effort of replacing is there any effective way of refreshing? P.S. we’ve tried all of the Amazon miracle products and real turf not an option, we’ve tried that a couple of times prior.
