Live update notifications on MagicOS 10

Is it true, that live update feature not implemented in MagicOS? Will it be back in future updates?

Tried custom app (https://github.com/appsfolder/livebridge) to tune this up, but no good. There is no android.permission.POST_PROMOTED_NOTIFICATIONS in system.

Honor Magic v5 user here.
