Tourist wandering through baker tilly website

Not in accounting. I've heard plenty of merger and big 4 horror stories from my friends who are. But I was wandering through the baker tilly website and i clicked through their life science and healthcare "services" section. Thats not real is it? There are no Life Scientists on the staff at these bigger CPA firms doing Risk Assessment/Digital Transformation/ Compliance consulting right? Doesn't seem to be job postings or publicly visible people with these titles. Or its so buried/ rare that it just goes to the ephemeral "senior consultant" ghosts?

From my spreadsheet world to yours. help me understand.
This has to be PR to juice whatever the equivalent of a stock price is for a privately held PE valuation whatever no?
