For the main story (Savior ending): Does it matter to exfil once you've read notes / listened to tapes? Or as long as you've read/listened you can die and you're still good? [Discussion]

At the end of the raids when you've read notes or listened to tapes it says "All notes / tapes added to handbook", and I know you need to hand major evidence and possibly minor evidence to Kerman, which are story quest items, so I wonder what happens if you progress the quest by reading notes and listening to tapes but you die before extracting.

Is that a problem? Should I go back and get the notes / tapes again?
