Salary expectations

Hi everyone

Just wondering what salary should be expected for a financial adviser role where you’re inheriting an existing client bank?

I’ve been offered £50k, been told there’s room for negotiation and if I’m honest I’m not quite sure what to expect. Is this a fair amount? Any tips for negotiating higher?
