Blood in Stool

I am 18 F. I am around 165 cm and weigh 70 kgs. The first time I experienced this was in 2020 when I was 13. This was during the lockdown when I had a very inactive lifestyle and so I was experiencing constipation (couldn't poop for 4-5 days). Over the past 6 years, this has happened around 4-5 times and it lasts for about 2 or 3 days. It also usually has happned whenever I have been constipated. As I am quite young, I am not sure if I will be able to get a colonoscopy although I want to because I am really scared about this being something serious. I'm also not in a country that is very medically advanced so I don't know what to do. Any advice is appreciated.
