MSW in Arizona

Hello, I have a couple of questions, for any social worker that are base in Arizona or anyone that can answer really, I plan to join after I get my masters but I have questions about everything, I would be very happy if someone could explain a little of how it is and everything, the training, the 1st day and any recommendations you might have for me.
