To men who are truly lonely, how do you cope with it ?

I am 33M, married with a kid, in an extremely abusive marriage. I am planning to leave this marriage.
On the other hand, my parents are very good in nature. However, few years ago they joined a cult and now everything with them revolves around there CULT GOD and it's so extreme that I cannot tolerate them around me. My brother also follows them and slowly my family is losing faith in our religion and has completely dedicated their lives to this cult.

It feels like I will end up living alone for the rest of my life. I have never been this lonely. Marriage is intolerable, family in intolerable.
