When i press FN + up arrow on my new Attack Shark R85HE, it opens tons of tabs and generally fucks with my pc?

It seems to be different every time, Tryna change the LEDs on it and it just turned off HDR, made my screen flash black and opened literally 50 tabs of different microsoft/outlook tabs on BOTH my google applications open (across 2 monitors), Wtf?

Any fixes?
