missing exam due to migraine

I get really really bad migraines and have had an increase in the humber of them recently, and from what I can see online you can miss an exam due to illness.

However, would a migraine count as an illness and valid reason to miss an exam? If yes how would i prove this to my exams officer as i can’t really get a doctors note for a migraine?
