Hyundai in UK/Europe v ROTW

Probably a daft question as I know they will all be built to a specific spec, but is there any evidence of engines being built in one place being more reliable than engines built in another?

I'm looking at purchasing a 2018 1.6 GDI SE Nav variant of the Tucson (in UK) which I'm guessing would have been manufactured by their Czech plant as opposed to being built in any of their Korean or US plants and subsequently imported into Europe.

Just wondering if the European variant might be more/less reliable than those built elsewhere in the world and if the well-documented engine problems affect cars and engines that are built in a specific region more than others due to varying levels of quality control, materials, workmanship etc.
