Pickup Tennis meetups?

Hi all! I am wondering if there are any pickup tennis meetups (preferably in SE) where a solo person can just drop in and play a match or two (or even just hit the ball around)? I’m new to Portland and don’t have any tennis connections yet. I am also trying to find a free way to play, rather than join the tennis center. I’m a male (28) and I’d say beginner to intermediate (3.0-ish) but just love to play. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!
