I lost the kuku cooler blueprint

Hello, so... I am long past chapter 4, and just now (chapter 8) I was trying craft a kuku cooler, but I realized that I haven't learned the blueprint and I can't find it anywhere. The kuku cooler recipe at the workshop is locked. What do I do??? Is there any way to retrieve the blueprint, or is there any kind of workaround?
