Reserve offer question

Hi all, recently I’ve been lucky/unlucky enough to be given 2 reserve offers for project management positions in the north west. One of these having a cohort of 16 and the other having a cohort of 4. Can anyone help me understand if it’s even remotely likely I could receive an offer? Any sort of advice or tips would be appreciated is I’m not fully coherent on how the reserve process works, thanks :)
