Feature Request - Budget Switching

Would it possible to add a feature that when clicking on the budget name in the upper left corner a dropdown list would show all your budgets? Selecting one of those budgets in the list would switch to that budget. Currently to switch budgets the user is required go to settings and then to View Budgets then select the desired budget.
