Raids/Guilds

Hello Wiz community, I was curious about raids/guilds. Where can I find guides for the raids so I know what gear I need/spellements and spells. I was also curious about where to find active guilds as the ones I get recruited in common areas often have intricate and fancy discords but never have any activities/events they participate in like raids or whatever else guilds have to offer. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance as this is something I never really got involved with in the past.

I am a long time player who for the last few years or so have just been logging in to complete the new main story content, and grind the newest gear/jewels but nothing beyond and looking to explore more endgame content. Thank you.
