The current management of Intellectual Property by creators operating in the hundred-million-dollar segment—often building their personal branding on third-party icons (such as the Spider-Man aesthetic)—reveals a systematic technical contradiction:

Exploitation of Embedding: The native embedding function is intentionally kept active on source platforms (like TikTok) to leverage algorithmic indexing and the free organic distribution provided by users.

Legal Arbitrage: Once the shared link generates significant traffic volumes on third-party platforms (Reddit), automated enforcement procedures are triggered to remove the content for copyright violation.

In essence, a model has emerged where virality is used as a free marketing asset, yet its consumption through native platform tools is subsequently penalized with Copyright Strikes. This approach aims to centralize traffic exclusively toward proprietary paid channels, turning a standard technical operation (the link) into a concrete risk of deplatforming for smaller accounts and information channels.

Is the weaponization of native sharing tools a legitimate digital strategy, or a blatant abuse of the copyright system? And should platforms step in to protect users who simply use the tools provided to them?
