Hi Everyone! My roommate and I are looking for someone to join a 6/1 lease in our 3bed/2.5 bath in Quincy! Rent is $1,117/month before utilities.
We have two driveways and a garage for plenty of parking, a dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and a beautiful backyard all included in the rent! There is a shared half bath attached to the bedroom, and a shared full bath on the downstairs level. Also on the downstairs level is a living room, dining room, kitchen, and sun room for plenty of space to relax.
About us:
we are two girls, Grace (26) and Adria (24)
Grace is on a recreational swim team, loves watching a good documentary, going out for a show, concert or movie, and going on hot girl walks
Adria loves to go to the gym, running, baking, and aerial yoga
we both work in billing
We like to watch tv, do arts & crafts, and play in a volo volleyball and bowling league together
We are 4/20 friendly and are hoping to find a roommate who is as well or is okay with it
we have a very sweet cat named Binx, but the lease only allows for one pet, so no more pets allowed. He is on a hypoallergenic food so he doesnt cause allergies
Looking for someone clean, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces
