Laptop for Emu

Hello i’m planning on buying my gf a new laptop to play the new tomodachi game since hers with 4gb ram cant play it.

I was wondering if these specs look promising enough to emulate it with at least 30fps

Acer aspire 14, 16gb ram, 1tb storage, Intel Ultra 5 226v, intel arc graphics.

I know some will say it would be better to get a laptop with an actual gpu but i dont have the money to spend on that and neither does she. This laptop is under $400
