need help lol (20h in)

So im 20 around hours in, 38lvl in tartarus beat square boss with two siblings or whatever they called, but... am i actually doing this right? Do i still have party of 3? like why my friend told me i should already have 4 people in my party, why the blonde guy is still sitting in chair not helping me? am i retarded? what im doing wrong lol
