Charter bus recommendations for a corporate event in LA?

So my team is planning an annual company event next month and guess who gets to figure out the bus situation. We've got around 70 people that need to get from our office in El Segundo to a venue out in Pasadena for a full day thing.

I've been calling around and getting quotes but honestly have no idea who's legit and who's gonna no show on us. Yelp reviews feel useless for this kind of thing.

Anyone booked a charter company in the LA area recently for something similar? Who did you go with and would you use them again? Trying to get this locked down ASAP before my boss starts breathing down my neck about it lol.
