Best medications to take in order to suppress female libido that aren’t birth control?

Looking for medications that preferably have little or low side effects. I’m not sure what my options would be outside of BC or antidepressants. If age is relevant, I am a 30F. Has anyone found something that worked for them and is safe for long-term use?
