Sharp headache and tasting blood after using wireless earbuds

So i used the bose qc2 wireless earbuds today on my walk and i only had the left one in, then after like 50 minutes i started feeling a sharp pulsating headache in the side that i was wearing the one earbud,

and then like 2 minutes later i could slightly taste blood in my mouth out of nowhere, im really afraid these somehow “fried” my brain or something like that the signals or something but i dont know anything about this technology, i would really appreciate some advice or if u have experienced the same
