Anyone use Pomelo Care?

Can’t really find any reviews of women using their service during pregnancy. I started a few months ago because it’s free with my insurance and figured extra support never hurts. I have had a few virtual visits with a nutritionist but the nurses/midwives in the chat make me feel like I’m talking to chatGPT and it’s putting me off. I guess I’d just like to know other mommas experiences with the service before I delete the app altogether out of frustration.
