Post-partum neighbor

Hi everyone this is my first post.

A couple recently moved in downstairs and they just had a baby.

On my way up the stairs that are between our apts (a duplex) I overheard a conversation between the new mom and whom I think may be her therapist, she was saying that she feels disassociated, and not feeling that she’s bonding with her newborn daughter. I have a daughter who is almost 11 currently, and I had similar feelings when she was a newborn. My question is, should I reach out to my neighbor, and if so, how should I do it? Obviously I don’t wan’t say that I overheard her conversation, but I could maybe just mention vaguely that I know these first few weeks/months are really hard and if she need to talk to somebody, I would be happy to be there? A couple just moved in a month ago, so I don’t know them well at all, but I do feel compelled to help. What do y’all advise? I was thinking about sending a text message, and I’m looking for help in how to word it.
