New update causing Driver Error on PC

Since the update I cannot launch the game on PC. It starts to load and then restarts my pc with error code DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (OxC4).

Anyone else having this issue? Just updated my GPU driver, verified steam RL files, and ensured driver verifier is not enabled.
