Tips to reduce dust and contamination from AC install

Having AC installed in the next few weeks - 2 mini splits downstairs, ductwork in attic and vents in all upstairs rooms. We have fiberglass bats in the attic around the roof line that we’re planning on removing and installing rock wool before install but under the floor in the attic it looks like we have either old fiber glass bats or loose fiber glass. Our ceilings are plaster and some are drywall. Walls are plaster.

Wondering if anyone has advice on how to reduce how much dust gets throughout my home, or how to reduce other containments like fiberglass insulation getting into living space.
