Issues with Kendamil formula

Hi! FTM here. Baby is nearly 8 weeks old and has been in Kendamil her entire little life. We noticed she was having some gas issues and liquid poop with some mucus, so we switched to the Goat formula. It’s been 2 weeks now. Has issues are gone, mucus is gone, but still having a good bit of runny poop and also diaper rash. I’m sure the rash is related to the poop, but is runny poop just common with Kendamil? It’s been 2 weeks, so I’d assumed she’d had time to adjust..
