Best wallet to carry a emergency card

Currently own a Secrid wallet but I'm looking for a new one, with a specific use-case. Hope you guys can help in my search.

I have a bleeding disease (von Willebrand) and I carry a SOS card (with medical information) from my hospital. In case I get into an accident, it's important that the card can be found easily. Emergency services often check for ID documents, but my SOS card must be found aswell.

In my Secrid it can be stored in the sliding area but it's not cleary visible at glance. Behind the leather flap it's also kind of hidden.

First thing that comes to mind is a wallet with an ID window, or a wallet where the first card is clearly visible. So the requirements I'm working with:

• Front-pocket carry
• Around 5 to 8 cards
• A few bills/cash
• One card should be visible/easy to find

Might be looking for a unicorn, but hope you guys can help. Also open for custom-builds
