Can I have hallucinations from weed and xanax?

so I use weed mostly and xanax, some other days I use coke, and painkillers but not regularly

today i had strange experience while i was watching TV saw some figures that were not there.

it continued for couple of minutes then stop, after some time started again, then stopped. now i heard voices.

ps. i have bipolar disorder, but its under control
