Mine and my wife's mobile numbers have been leaked online, what can I do?

Hello, I am concerned that my and my wife's mobile numbers have been leaked online resulting in us receiving harassing calls and explicit images on WhatsApp, it's very frustrating. We have blocked the numbers sending us the images and calls...but what are my options legally? I have reported it to the police and given them details of who I suspect would have leaked our numbers. Can the police take action? If so, what would it be? I just wanted advice, thank you
