Why spend 100 bucks on Spanx when Halara can get the job done at half the price?

These are the Halara UltraSculpt™ High Waisted Tummy Control Pocket Shaping Training Plus Size Leggings in Evening Red.

I am either super dressed up, or I am in leggings running around a local race track (I work in stock car racing PR so a good pair of leggings are gold to me) I own both Spanx leggings and 4 pair of this style of Halara leggings. (I have them in black, navy, gray and maroon so I really do love them) While the Spanx are a bit thicker, these still give all the compression and shaping that I am looking for. (And honestly, less hot than the spanx) They have a double material thick waist, pockets and are super comfortable. I have a very large apron belly, so nothing is getting rid of it. But these do a good job of making it so I can cover it better.

I am 5'9". I am a 3-4xl in most brands. I am a 4xl in Torrid and a 3xl in Old Navy. I am usually a 3xl in Halara. But for these, I sized down to a 2xl for a bit more compression. They fit great, still very comfortable. If you are looking for some smoothing, your normal size is great. If you are looking for a bit more, size down.

Really my only complaint about Halara is they don't have enough of their really good items in plus sizes. I really do love all my clothes from here.
