How long can I get away with...

Long story short, I'm showing nearly all the signs of diabetes (im tired, always hungry, peeing all the time, feel like im parched all the time, have recently developed tingling/asleep hands/feet), have been for about a week. I'm between insurance, starting a full time position with insurance in about 3 weeks. Anyone have any idea at all if I will be able to make it till then? I know it's not recommended but I'm in a squeeze and basically want to know the likelihood of needing up needing emergency care before I get insurance
