Call on doc website/ Eli Lilly website

Hi. Excuse me if I sound ignorant. I paid the $75 Call on doc fee and they sent a prescription to Eli Lilly for me for Zepbound 2.5 mg. I am self pay. Eli Lilly website at checkout says self pay due is $1219.00 for a month. Help! I tried applying for the savings card. No luck. Any place else to get it cheaper???
