First time at Miami GP (Sunday only) any tips ?
Hey
This is our first time going to an F1 race and we’re going on Sunday only. We’re from Miami so we already know the basics (sunscreen, water, etc.), but we wanted some real advice from people who’ve been before.
I’m the only real f1 fan in the group so I’m very excited but nervous and I feel clueless I really want to get the full experience yk?
A few things I’m wondering:
Transportation / Parking
- Is it better to drive and park on-site, or use shuttles/rideshare?
2.If parking, how bad is it getting in/out?
- Are the shuttles actually worth it or a hassle?
Inside the track
-
What should we do once we’re inside?
-
Any areas/zones we should definitely check out?
-
Things people don’t realize you can or can’t do?
Food
-
Any good food spots worth trying inside?
-
Any place that is cheaper…
-
I have a plastic bottle (Cirkul with the flavor cartridge inside) will they allow that, or is it better to just bring something like Liquid IV packets and take the cartridge off?
Seats / View
-
We have Marina Grandstand 11, Row 2. Is that a good view or are we too low?
-
Any chance of seeing good action or literally anything good?
-
I really want to see the podium so any route we can take and when we should start running over?
General tips
-
Anything you wish you knew your first time?
-
Best time to arrive Sunday?
-
Stuff to bring that people forget?
We’re super excited but I also don’t want to go in clueless 😭 any advice would help a ton!
Thanks!!
