PA requires physical address for employment, etc. 50 character

I lost my full-time job last year and gave up my apartment in December. I've been housesitting and traveling overseas since then. My former full-time employer brought me back part-time. The corporate office (not in PA) is asking for proof of a physical address. My understanding is that PA is OK with you using your last known address for things like license, voting etc.

Does this sound right?

Boy this sucks. You can't be "housing insecure" and do anything/live.
