how do you figure out which country is the best to live in?

Hello! I'm 18f! I have dual citizenship! I am half japanese and half filipino. I've come to the point in life where people are asking what i want to do. My family is asking where I want to stay. Both of my parents are separated but not legally divorced. I was born and raised in the philippines but ive lived a few years in Japan. Throughout my life in both Japan and the Philippines, i've continuously went to international schools where English must be spoken so I'm not fluent in speaking in Filipino or Japanese. I am currently at a lost on where to stay because both my parents have assets in these countries.. I dont really mind living in either of these countries, the only thing probably would be that im more familiar with the Philippines. I'm really at a lost where to stay.. (๑•́ -•̀)❓
