Issue in Mro office.

My mother died of cancer 52 . I applied for family members certificate on 8th April today 28 I still didn't got it I roamed around mro office 8 times. It looks like bribery issue what to do now. Whom to bribe.

I created cpgrams grievance. But still asking

As its took late it can be rejected.
