How to overcome social anxiety?
I remember being able to communicate fluently as a kid with no fear or anxiety, let's just say I was like an extrovert.
I'd talk to store owners or strangers or any distant relative I've never known with no hesitation and made Friends like a side quest lol
But growing up it's become so difficult to interact with people. And I don't really know if it's called being an introvert but it's not like I can't talk to people my age but more like I don't have much in common with them to talk about.
Or maybe it's just me getting anxious about this. Like it's draining to talk to people my age these days, everybody is just yapping and I'd be the listener and I never get the chance to speak and when I do speak, people cut the conversation and start yapping again and it makes me feel "oh I'm boring."
So yeah. How do I talk to people without being boring? And moreover how do I find the right topics because what these people talk about goes above my head most times and I just zone out and get my social battery drains literally.
