Can I send a message to my coworkers clearing my name? Is this legal?(US)

Hi. My workplace is getting toxic right now. My managers know what I am going through. I am open to them about coworker conflicts. I have made a general complaint meaning I did not give a specific person’s name but more general comment about general group of people. After that, my coworkers are doing some investigation who did it. This lead to me being ignored by one person since February. Since then, every single time there is a complain or any issue I get the blame and I feel it spreading with my other coworkers who I did nothing. I am getting all the blame for all the complaints. My managers are not doing anything about it. Now, my question is it legal for me to make a statement setting all the rumors/complains straight? I am very stressed right now and not in the position to leave this job.
