Realistically how many Primos to C2R1 the Lady Angel Witch

Currently have something like 37K Primos after pulling for Lauma, and then losing the guaranteed Radiance pity to her.

Calculated something like 45K Primos by the end of this patch before pulling for her.

Should I just bite the bullet and spend to C2R1 her?

(Low spender with Welkin and Battle Pass).
