Pre purchase question

Hi all, I’m looking at buying a used 2020 limited expedition 105k on the vehicle. Good maintenance records. I know these have been riddled with transmission and phaser issues. However this one has recently had both the phasers and a new tread mission done by ford and still has the esp warranty for the next year.

My question is are even the replacement transmissions having the same issues is this something I can expect to happen/need replacement again in the next 60-100k miles? It seems like a relatively safe purchase with the history but wanted to get a second opinion.
